Barrett Board Room

The Mariam and Robert Hayes Performing Arts Center has rooms that you can rent for your meetings, corporate events, social events or weddings.

The Ebert Children's Theatre and Reception Room offers a capacity of up to 85 persons in several different configurations - performance, meeting, dinner, reception, exhibit, etc. The room rental includes tables and chairs plus projector and screen. The adjacent Catering Kitchen is designed to allow caterers to prepare and serve your event with anything from snacks to a five course meal. The Hayes Center does not provide catering services but will work with you and your caterer to make your event a success. Don't have a caterer? We can recommend one to you. This room is rented in 4-hour time blocks.

The Barrett Board Room offers classy comfort for up to 18 persons at a conference table and up to 22 persons in the room. Projector and screen are available for this room. Catering is also available for this room. This room is rented in 2-hour time blocks.

The Wilson Theatre offers 348 comfortable seats and a stage that includes all of the state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and projection equipment. This space is available on non-performance days and for 4 to 6 hours during the day on some performance days. This room is rented by the day.
